Protein-Rich Breakfast Smoothie

You can swap the nuts in this smoothie recipe for sunflower seeds if your child has a nut allergy, and it will still taste delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup DairyPure [1] whole milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds, roasted peanuts, or walnuts
1 tablespoon quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon honey
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- To make a smoothie pack, add the ice, banana, blueberries, almonds, quick-cooking oats, honey, and cinnamon in a zip-top plastic bag and place in the freezer.
- When ready to make the smoothie, add the contents from a frozen smoothie pack to the blender along with the milk and pulse until everything is completely blended.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
