Sweetheart White Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients
- 8 cups popped popcorn
2 cups mini marshmallows
12 ounces white chocolate
2-3 drops butter flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sprinkles
1/4 cup conversation hearts
Directions
- Pop popcorn according to the directions on the package. Place into a large bowl and add mini marshmallows. Mix together.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate plus extract in 30 second intervals until melted through and pourable. Pour over popcorn and mini marshmallows, using a spoon to toss the popcorn gently until it's evenly coated. Spread popcorn out on a baking sheet covered with parchment or wax paper and sprinkle with salt, Valentine's Day sprinkles, and conversation hearts. Let dry.
- Break up popcorn into bite-size chunks. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
