Haute Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup diced sweet potato
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 teaspoons cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 very ripe banana

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, simmer sweet potato in almond milk until soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour into blender with cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and banana until smooth.
