Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 kale garbanzo bean veggie patties (leftover from Day 4)
1/2 cup cooked buckwheat (leftover from Day 1)
1/3 cup shredded carrot
Directions
- Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Place the 2 veggie patties leftover from dinner on top of the buckwheat.
- Top with shredded carrot and drizzle with the ginger-tamari sauce.
