PMS-Buster Smoothie

PMS-Buster Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. Smoothie:
    1 cup cantaloupe, frozen
    1 orange, peeled and frozen
    1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
    1/4 cup maca powder
    1/2 cup coconut cream
    1/2 cup coconut water
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  1. Topping:
    1/4 cup coconut flakes
    1 orange slice

Directions

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, and pour contents into a glass.
  2. Top glass with coconut flakes and garnish with orange slice.
