Banana Peel Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 organic, medium banana
4 oz. organic frozen mango
½ cup + 2 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
3-4 tbsp. frozen organic orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Wash and dry the banana. Cut off the ends and slice the banana in half. Peel one half of the banana and place it in the blender. Peel the other half, discarding the peel (throw it into a compost bin!).
- Chop the entire banana and add it to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth consistency, about 2-3 minutes. Pour into a glass, garnish, and enjoy!
