Bill Barr Torches Former Boss Trump: ‘It’s a Horror Show When He’s Left To His Own Devices’

One of Donald Trump's former attorneys general calls the former President is “a horror show when he's left to his own devices.”

William Barr said much more about his former boss during an appearance Friday at the Cleveland City Club.

“He does not have the discipline, he does not have the ability for strategic thinking or linear thinking, or setting priorities, or how to get things done in the system,” Barr said

Barr, who was promoting his book “One Damn Thing After Another,” took questions from the audience. Geraldo Rivera, a Fox News contributor and former Cleveland radio talk show host, asked if Trump is fit to be President again.

“If you believe in his policies — what he’s advertising to be his policies — he’s the last person that could actually execute them and achieve them,” Mediaite quoted Barr as responding. :”He will deliver chaos.”

Trump responded to Barr on Truth Social Saturday, calling him a “weak and slovenly man.”

The former President, who selected Barr to replace Jeff Sessions, said Barr “was ill equipped to be Attorney General because he was literally in fear of the Radical Left Democrats...

“He was useless. I 'nicely' fired him. He is now a soundbite!" Trump continued in a post monitored by Newsweek.

Barr says he resigned in December 2020 as Trump refused to accept the results of the Presidential election, including a Justice Department investigation of it. Trump says he demanded Barr's resignation.
