Meghan Markle is still doing all she can to make one of her ventures stick, this time rebranding her failing company American Riviera Orchard.
The Duchess of Sussex’s lifestyle company has now become As Ever, in a new Instagram video that fans think is Markle calling out the royal family, Knewz.com can reveal.
In the social media clip, Markle is in her garden as her husband Prince Harry makes a cameo and tells her, “It’s recording,” before handing off the phone to the mom-of-two.
She says: “Last year, I had thought, ‘American Riviera,’ that sounds like such a great name. It’s my neighborhood; it’s a nickname for Santa Barbara, but it limited me to things that were just manufactured and grown in this area.”
Markle also touches on how she had not been able to share her passion for food and home for “years” after she shut down her blog The Tig – words many believe is the 43-year-old calling out the royal family.
Markle continued; “As Ever essentially means as it’s always been, and if you’ve followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know I’ve always loved cooking and crafting and gardening – this is what I do.
“And I haven’t been able to share it with you in the same way for the past few years, but now I can, so as things are starting to trickle out there, I wanted you to hear it from me first.”
“I can’t wait for you to get your hands on everything we’ve been creating,” Markle added in the caption, just two weeks before the debut of her new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
Markle’s rebranding also came with a brand new logo for As Ever, featuring what appears to be a tree in between two birds. However, some have claimed the logo looks just like the Coat of Arms of Porreres in Majorca.
Nick Ede, a brand and culture expert, agreed in comments made to The Sun: “Yes the logo that she has used for the new brand As Ever is clearly very similar to the coat of arms for an area of Majorca.
“This is another brand set back as it looks like its been copied rather than a whole new brand identity created.”
Ede added: “This may potentially create copyright issues and a further headache for Meghan and her team.”
Markle’s lifestyle company has come with plenty of drama. In December 2024, Markle named herself her company’s Chief Executive Officer after a long search to find a suitable person came up empty.
All this comes as the royal was previously branded “Duchess Difficult,” a “boss from hell” and even a “dictator in high heels,” allegedly by some of her staffers.
Last year, the company’s chief of staff Josh Kettler made his exit as an insider at the time claimed: “… Are Meghan and Harry terrible at choosing employees, or is it a terrible work environment?”
Another source said of the former Suits star‘s alleged treatment of employees: “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently.”
“Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible,” they added.

Royal commentators have reacted with rage after Prince Harry claimed to have had a conversation with his five-year-old son about LANDMINES, Knewz.com can reveal.
One former Buckingham Palace flunkey said: “I can’t believe Harry has trotted out this nonsense to try and get some sympathy votes.”
The palace staffer also vented: “Talk about exploitative or what! This conversation just didn’t take place. Jeez, what else do they discuss? Global warming? The war in Gaza?
“Most five-year-olds want to talk about cartoons and snacks and not geo-politics and armed conflicts in Africa. It was a pretty pathetic and lame stunt.”
Harry proudly told crowds how his five-year-old son Archie asked to see footage of ‘Grandma Diana’ walking through a minefield in Angola.
Speaking at the Invictus Games, the Duke of Sussex, 40, claimed his eldest child recently expressed curiosity about landmines, prompting a heartfelt conversation about Diana’s legacy.
During an interview at a wheelchair basketball game in Vancouver, Harry told Canadian broadcaster CTV: “It’s hard because kids don’t always ask the right questions. There’s no filter.”
The royal exile – who has been frozen out of The Firm since he moved to the U.S. and ditched his duties to his family – added: “You either shut it down right away, which I will never do, or you engage in the conversation and try to explain things.
“Archie was asking about landmines so I was talking about how some of these guys participating in the Invictus Games were blown up.”
The father-of-two claimed he was initially unsure how to discuss the dangers of landmines with his young son but found himself recounting stories of those affected by them.
He continued: “I think IEDs, Improvised Explosive Devices, are probably a little much at this point, but I found myself talking to him about mines when he was five years old.”
However, what began as a discussion about landmines soon turned into a poignant moment of reflection his mother Princess Diana, he gushed.
“Interestingly, it gave me a chance to talk about my mum, his grandma, which I didn’t even really consider,” Harry added.
“He wanted to see videos and photographs of her out there doing her thing for landmines all those years ago.
“It produced a very interesting conversation, different from what I thought it would be.”
Diana’s visit to Angola in 1997 as a guest of the International Red Cross became one of the most powerful humanitarian images of the time.
Donning protective gear, she famously walked through a minefield on the outskirts of Huambo, highlighting the devastating impact of landmines left behind after Angola’s brutal 20-year civil war.
Months after her tragic death in August 1997, Diana’s work contributed to a landmark global ban on landmines.
Harry retraced her footsteps during a visit to Angola in 2019.
Wearing body armor and a protective visor, he walked the same path in Huambo where Diana had been photographed, now a thriving community free of landmines.
Reflecting on that emotional moment, he said at the time: “It has been quite emotional retracing my mother’s steps… to see the transformation that has taken place, from an unsafe and desolate place into a vibrant community.”
Harry was joined by wife Meghan Markle, 43, in Canada for the seventh edition of the Invictus Games, which he founded in 2014 for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women – though the couple have been hammered with rumors they have secretly split.

Prince Andrew has packed on so many pounds as he continues being battered by the legacy-shattering fallout from his disastrous friendship with sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, and the recent Chinese spy infiltration scandal, that palace flunkies say he has been nicknamed the ‘Duke of Pork.’
Knewz.com can reveal the once dashing, but now dumpy, Duke of York, 64, has been spotted looking in “terrible shape”, according to insiders – with his once lean, handsome face now a puffy mask framed by fatty jowls.
One medical expert estimates he’s gained 72 pounds and now carries 237 pounds on his 6-foot frame.
Royal sources added they fear Prince Andrew is slowly eating and drinking himself to death after being stripped of his military titles and relentlessly ostracized by society and his own family.
“Andrew is barely sleeping, and he’s drinking far too much,” a palace courtier said. “He’s under considerable pressure and there doesn’t seem to be any way out.”
It comes only a week after we revealed that Andrew now faces a possible criminal investigation over allegations that he used a fake name to register a company.
As reported, the documents are related to Naples Gold Limited, a firm that Andrew set up in 2003 with sports retail tycoon Johan Eliasch.
He used the pseudonym Andrew Inverness, an apparent reference to the royal title Earl of Inverness that was bestowed upon him by Queen Elizabeth in 1986.
It has ALSO recently been alleged that the deplorable duke received kickbacks from Epstein – who died mysteriously in 2019 while awaiting trial behind bars in Manhattan – for introducing him to his wealthy pals.
Last month, news broke about Yang Tengbo – the 50-year-old Chinese businessman and alleged spy banned from the UK.
UK authorities alleged he formed an “unusual degree of trust” with Andrew and developed relationships with politicians to be “leveraged” by China.
Meanwhile, King Charles, 76, is said to be determined to evict his little brother from the Royal Lodge on the grounds of the Windsor Estate, cutting Andrew’s annual allowance and removing furniture and other treasures from the $37 million mansion.
“The stress of Andrew’s troubles is showing very clearly in his appearance,” the palace insider added. “He looks absolutely awful.”
As the world knows, Andy reportedly forked out more than $16million to former Epstein sex slave Virginia Giuffre in 2022 after she accused him of sexually assaulting her multiple times when she was a minor. Despite the settlement, the duke denies any wrongdoing.
One doctor, who has not treated the royal recluse, said the prolonged stress the duke has endured can lead to a host of health problems.
“Stress is associated with everything from depression to diminished immunity to increased risk for heart attack and stroke,” longevity expert Dr. Gabe Mirkin noted.
He added: “Actually, the list of negative medical consequences is almost too long to enumerate.”

England‘s pouty Prince Harry may still face deportation by an American court as unsympathetic President Donald Trump is said to be secretly hell-bent on tossing the law-breaking immigrant from our country
Knewz.com can reveal, in an unprecedented moment in history, the London-born Duke of Sussex could be dragged before a judge to defend himself in a reopened lawsuit lodged by the Heritage Foundation.
Trump recently declared he had no interest in booting Harry from the States – saying the royal exile had enough problems with his “terrible” wife Meghan.
But our insiders say the president would secretly love to “get one over” on the royals by drumming him out of the nation on the back of a legal ruling after insiders said the Queen found him one of the “rudest” people she ever met.
Our source said: “Trump has said he has no interest in deporting Harry – but that doesn’t mean he won’t do it if a court rules he has to go due to lies on his visa application.
“Really, Trump would love to get revenge on the royals for remarks insiders have made about the Queen detesting him after his visits to Britain.”
Harry, 40, admitted he had consumed cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms in his 2023 bombshell tell-all, Spare. But critics are demanding to know whether he lied on his visa documents – or if he got a pass from former President Joe Biden‘s liberal administration.
A source said: “It felt like somebody was pulling strings for Harry.”
Mike Howell, executive director of the think tank’s Heritage Oversight Project, says the organization is seeking to clarify if Harry was “properly vetted” or given illegal preferential treatment.
Nile Gardiner, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom added: “I’ll be urging the president to release Prince Harry’s immigration records, and the president has that legal authority to do that.”
The duke – who lives with his 43-year-old wife, Duchess Meghan Markle – in her home state of California, is not likely to receive support from Trump if things turn sour in his visa battle.
The newly installed commander-in-chief has also already publicly claimed he “wouldn’t protect” Prince Harry because he and Markle “betrayed” his grandmother Queen Elizabeth by badmouthing the royal family.
Even though Harry is married to an American – and the couple’s children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, hold dual citizenship in the U.S. and the United Kingdom – Trump suggested he could still get the boot.
The POTUS has proclaimed: “If he lied, they’ll have to take appropriate action!”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been brutally slammed for using a golf cart to ride past disabled veterans at the Invictus Games on Sunday.
Knewz.com can report the royal couple received a massive amount of backlash on social media after a video of the two driving past veterans – some even being wheelchair-bound — was shared on the former actress’ Instagram page.
As seen in the clip on Instagram, the couple was seen driving by veterans who were chanting Prince Harry’s name.
Despite all the smiles seen in the video, social media users weren’t too thrilled about the royal couple’s treatment compared to the veterans.
One user wrote: “Some of the veterans are wheelchair bound. They should have walked through the group, meeting, greeting, and shaking hands. All with a camera following them. Unbelievable.”
Another noted: “They drive along, being taped by the cart behind them… with people being encouraged to yell out for them. When does this madness stop?”
A third added: “Who (is) being honored here? The veterans OR Harry and Meghan being honored by the veterans!”
A fourth wrote: “Disabled veterans made to stand waiting in a mile-long cold concrete corridor whilst these two very able-bodied get golf carted in the opposite direction. Just when you think they can’t sink any lower.”
The seventh edition of the games kicked off on Saturday in Vancouver and included winter sports for the first time.
The ceremony included musical performances by pop singer Katy Perry, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, and Nelly Furtado.
Prince Harry created the Invictus Games back in 2014, which is an international multi-sport event for wounded, injured, and sick military service personnel, both serving and veterans.
As loyal fans of the royal couple may recall, they appeared in public for the first time together at the Toronto Invictus Games back in 2017.
Amid rumors of problems in their marriage, the Duchess of Sussex was spotted snuggling close to the husband during the game and even leaned in for a few passionate kisses – which also received a lot of backlash after critics pointed out Harry kept “leaning away from his wife.”
One person shared a screenshot of Harry and Meghan at the Invictus Games on X and wrote: “Body Language 101. Dunce of Sussex leans away and feels genuine emotions as the Troll of Sussex poses and pretends.”
Another X user shared: “Why doesn’t Meghan Markle ever do this during her own events? Veterans & Military officials DON’T DO PDA. Look at Harry’s arms next to his body, he doesn’t even want Meghan kissing him.”
A third person commented: “IMO she’s ‘lovebombing’ him. She hasn’t looked this doe-eyed at him since their engagement.”
Despite packing on the PDA, the couple has also been battling ongoing rumors there’s trouble within their marriage.
As previously reported, Markle’s team quietly conducted meetings with a publishing house about a book regarding her life “post-divorce.”
Despite still being married to the royal, the former television star’s team reportedly met with publishers to “gauge interest” about the potential idea.

Firebrand Donald Trump‘s historic reclaiming of the presidency is Prince Harry‘s worst nightmare, as the anti-immigrant crusader could soon send the renegade royal packing, Knewz.com can reveal.
“I wouldn’t protect him (from deportation),” Trump declared before taking the oath of office for the second time.
“He betrayed the queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me.”
Now, we can reveal it largely IS “down” to him – and the wheels are likely already in motion to kick Prince Harry out of the U.S. along with countless other unwanted immigrants.
As recently reported, Harry’s legal immigration status could be jeopardized if he lied about his drug use on his 2020 visa application.
Under federal law, that would be enough to get him a one-way ticket home to the U.K. or perhaps a third country where Harry, 40, and his wife, Meghan Markle, 43, would be more welcome.
In his best-selling memoir Spare, Harry confessed to using several drugs, including cocaine, marijuana, and magic mushrooms.
“No doubt Harry now regrets being so candid in his book,” one royal observer said. “It could ultimately cost him his posh California life.”
Meanwhile, the right-wing Heritage Foundation has long been pressing for the Department of Homeland Security to make Prince Harry’s immigration documents public.
Last year, a judge decided they should remain private, but that ruling could be eradicated with one sweep of Trump’s pen!
Sources now say that could happen “within weeks”.
Besides showing disdain for Prince Harry, vengeful Trump has also said he’s “no fan” of “nasty” Markle, who has disparaged him publicly and supported Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential race.
He may even believe that deporting Prince Harry will poll well because the Sussexes have come under increasing fire in the U.S. for what some people see as shameless displays of self-promotion.
“Harry has good reason to fear that Trump may want revenge, not (only) to punish the prince for undermining the royal family, who the new president reveres,” noted British journalist Tom Bower – adding: “Their poll ratings have fallen further, so any punitive action Trump took could boost the new president’s ratings.”
If Prince Harry, Markle, and their kids, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, are ultimately forced to leave their luxurious $14 million Montecito, Calif., mansion, sources said they’re likely to settle in Portugal, where they recently purchased a $4.7 million home.
Our royal source said: “It seems they already have a backup plan.”

Over the weekend, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a public appearance at the Invictus Games opening ceremony, where Meghan seemed to respond to recent criticisms from President Donald Trump with an “awkward” PDA session with her husband.
The Duchess of Sussex was snuggling close to the husband at the military sporting event before leaning in for a passionate kiss in Vancouver, Knewz.com can reveal.
Meghan wore a long cream trench coat while sitting in the cold Canadian stands and leaned against her husband before planting a big kiss on him.
She also enthusiastically shook her blue pom-poms at the sporting event before she placed her hand on Harry.
Several critics took to social media to criticize the Dutchess for her blatant PDA, with many pointing out how Harry kept on leaning away from his wife when she grabbed on to him.
Her show of affection came shortly after Trump called her a “terrible” wife and announced he had no plans to deport Harry from the US amid a legal battle over his immigration status because he has enough “problems”.
“I don’t want to do that,” Trump told the New York Post on Friday, February 7, after being asked if he would deport the royal.
He said: “I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”
Markle has criticized Trump in the past, calling him “misogynistic” and “divisive” during a TV appearance ahead of the 2016 election.
The Invictus Games, created by Prince Harry in 2014, focuses on wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women from various nations.
This year’s event in Vancouver will feature over 500 competitors from 23 countries, including winter sports for the first time.
At the ceremony, Prince Harry expressed his commitment to supporting military veterans, emphasizing unity in times of global division. The occasion also featured a star-studded lineup, with performances by Katy Perry, Chris Martin, Nelly Furtado, and Noah Kahan.
Despite a few technical glitches in the livestream, the ceremony was a success, with attendees and viewers worldwide celebrating the courage showcased by the participants.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to pack their bags and jet off on a “healing holiday” after their reputation went further up in smoke.
The royals are reeling after being slammed over their alleged Los Angeles wildfire stunts and a shock splash by society mag Vanity Fair saying their marriage was under strain – with the publication even saying she had been touting a tell-all “post-divorce” book, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The couple were branded “disaster tourists” after volunteering at efforts to help those hit by the L.A. wildfires, before the duchess postponed the new Netflix show With Love, Meghan amid the tragedy until March.
Markle has just been slammed again for enlisting pop star Billie Eilish to helping source a new tour t-shirt for a fan who lost her clothes in the fires and then posting a weepy Instagram video about the mission.
Harry, 40, and Markle, 43, who are parents to Archie, five, and Lilibet, three, are now planning a holiday to the Bahamas without their kids in a bid to get their relationship back on track after being offered a bolthole.
A source in their luxury Montecito neighborhood told us: “Meghan and Harry are really feeling the heat lately, both in their personal lives and careers, and it seems like it’s taking a major toll on their marriage.
“With constant rumors swirling around about their relationship, those pesky damaging stories making the rounds, ongoing family drama, and their Hollywood careers hanging by a thread, it’s no wonder they’re struggling right now.
“Word on the street is that Meghan finally convinced Harry that they need a little getaway, just the two of them.
“They’re planning to jet off to a private island next month, leaving Meghan’s mum and their nannies behind to handle the kids. I
“Initially, Harry was a bit wary about how it would look to escape to a friend’s luxurious island while California’s dealing with such devastation, but Meghan reassured him that they really deserved this break.
“He’s come to terms with the fact that prioritizing his well-being and his family’s future is crucial.
“Pals of Meghan are buzzing that this trip is all about healing and reconnecting.
“Just imagine them alone on one of the world’s most gorgeous private islands, with staff catering to their every need! It sounds like the perfect setting for them to finally have those heart-to-heart talks without any distractions or excuses getting in the way.”
The pair’s friend and filmmaker Tyler Perry, 55, who loaned the couple his $18 million Los Angeles home when they first quit royal life in 2020, before settling down in Montecito, is thought to have given them a private place to stay.
The source concluded: “Tyler has offered up his Bahamas home to the couple. He told Meghan to take the time to reconnect and repair, insisting that she and Harry needed time away from everyone, even the kids.”
Harry is also still coming to terms with his courtroom win over the UK press after tabloid papers hacked his phone and admitted to harassing him and his late mother, Princess Diana.
He has pocked millions of dollars in damages and an apology from media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s publishing empire.

Meghan Markle kicked off rumors she once had a fling with her husband Prince Harry‘s older brother Prince William, according to shocking claims.
Knewz.com can reveal the Duchess of Sussex is believed to have been very physical upon joining the royal family, which didn’t exactly leave many people happy.
“Meghan hugged (William) virtually every time they bumped into each other,” a source claimed to The Times.
They continued: “The hugging and cheek-kissing fueled gossip among the staff that Meghan was flirting with William, which she was obviously not, but the tense atmosphere caused by all the touchy-feeliness (and the resultant gossip) deepened the rift between the brothers.
“In fact, William’s rather awkward, even inhibited personality – an inheritance from his father – was baffling for the more spontaneous Meghan.”
The insider claimed William’s wife, Kate Middleton, as well as King Charles, would be thrown off by Markle’s unexpected hugs and kisses.
A royal staff member told the publication Markle once asked why William and Charles “sound so serious all the time,” and joked Harry had different parents as he “isn’t pompous at all.”
Markle, 43, “really disliked the hierarchy” according to the insider, and felt “constrained by protocol.”
The source claimed Markle’s strong influence on Harry was seen by the royals as “rejecting the values and traditions of his family.”
The rumors come as Markle and Harry’s marriage is said to be on the rocks, especially as it appears they have been living separate lives. While Markle has kept busy in California with her American Rivera Orchard brand, the 40-year-old has focused on his humanitarian work.
A pal previously said: “The question for Harry and Meghan this year is how they go about prioritizing their marriage, as they appear to be on completely separate pages in their lives. He’s admitted that they have been barmy to pursue separate careers because it is simply not working.
“Friends are worried that if things get even more tense between them, they may start wondering if it’s all worth it, especially if Harry isn’t happy”
They added: “Of course, Harry doesn’t want his marriage to end. He loves Meghan and his children. But he would be lying if he said the last year or so hasn’t taken a huge toll on his wellbeing.
“He wants nothing more than peace with the royal family and is worried that Meghan’s goals just don’t align with that. He’s scared he could end up estranged from his family for the rest of his life.”
It also doesn’t help that Markle’s team is also said to have been shopping a post-divorce book.
The Suits alum’s team allegedly met with publishers to “gauge interest” on the potential tell-all book, as an insider made it clear it would highlight the hypothetical split from Harry and not her first husband, Trevor Engleson, whom she was married to from 2011 to 2014.
The source added the alleged meeting did not signal the couple were headed for divorce, but rather to see if publishers would “theoretically be interested” in the book.
Despite the noise, Harry himself recently shut down any rumors of a split.
“Apparently we’ve bought or moved house 10, 12 times,” Harry said while attending The New York Times’ 2024 DealBook Summit in December.
He added: “We’ve apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it’s just like, what?’”
The father-of-two admitted the constant focus on his marriage is “definitely not a good thing,” and said: “It’s hard to keep up with, but that’s why you just sort of ignore it. The people I feel most sorry about are the trolls.”

Prince Andrew is “too petrified” of stepping foot into the U.S. amid fresh calls for the FBI to probe his links with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Knewz.com can reveal the disgraced royal – who has only left his native Britain once in the last six years – fears he may be arrested after revelations in court documents prompted calls for a new criminal investigation.
President Donald Trump‘s pick to be FBI director has vowed to “do everything” to expose accomplices of late paedophile Epstein and a lawyer for victims says the U.K. Government should “turn him (Andrew) over” for questioning.
A friend said: “He is terrified if he goes to America he could be arrested, face civil action or be subpoenaed.
“He used to be Air Miles Andy but he’ll never risk going to America again.
“Since the whole thing blew up, he’s only been to Bahrain, where he has friends. There hasn’t been a single golf trip to Spain or holiday abroad.”
Spencer Kuvin, a U.S. lawyer for many of Epstein’s victims, said: “The British monarchy should be embarrassed. He should be fully separated from the monarchy and the public should never be subsidising someone who has either such bad judgment to be friends with this man or could have been involved with him.
“The President should require his new FBI director to fully investigate Andrew’s conduct.
“The Government should turn him over for that and demand he volunteer himself to be a part of it. The King should do that.
“Andrew should be held accountable by the monarchy.”
The Duke of York, 64, paid millions to Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre in an out-of-court settlement three years ago, while denying sexual assault accusations.
In 2020, the FBI asked the Home Office for help to quiz Andrew.
That investigation was paused last year.
Last week High Court files revealed Andrew emailed Epstein in February 2011 saying “we’ll play some more soon”.
But in his infamous BBC interview, Andrew said he ceased contact with Epstein in December 2010 after they were pictured in New York.
Mr Kuvin said: “Victims have always wanted everyone involved in the Epstein circle to be fully prosecuted. That includes any powerful person.”
Facing becoming embroiled in a fresh FBI investigation comes after Andrew dragged the Royal family into fresh controversy last month courtesy of his relationship with with a Chinese spy.
The informant, now barred from the UK after being deemed a threat to national security, had become friendly with the Duke of York, who accepted the suspect as his “confidante”.
Andrew’s latest scandal sparked fury from King Charles.
However, it was recently reported how the cancer-battling monarch, 76, has accepted he can’t ostracize his brother because “there will always be a bond of blood”.
The source told us: “The Palace has behaved the best it possibly can with a difficult relation. Every sanction that can be imposed has been, but you can’t divorce or sack your brother from being your brother.
“He has given up trying to reform him and will simply stick by him until he dies.”
