Kevin O’Leary, a businessman and cast member of the American reality investment TV program Shark Tank, has weighed in on Democratic front-runner Kamala Harris—and his prognosis is grim.

Knewz.com has learned that the mogul, with a net worth of $400 million, claims that the vice president’s “happy talk” will end when faced with the inevitable questions about her accomplishments since taking office in the White House.

“In the next two weeks, the happy talk is going to have to stop because someone's going to sit her down and say, ‘let's talk inflation, let's talk border, let's talk policy on energy. Let's talk policy on foreign affairs,’” O’Leary toldFox News’s Jesse Watters.

“If she wants to win, she's got to go to the center. But she's got to have some ideas on how to run the country. You might hate Trump, but he has this track record of policy. You might hate him. I get it. But you've got to do something.”

“It would be important to leave aside the politics and ask, ‘What has Kamala Harris actually done, actually achieved?’” he continued.

“Because if I was hiring her – and I'm not trying to be partisan – I would ask her, ‘What was a goal? What did you achieve?’ Because any governor or any senator that would put into presidential viability would have a history, a track record of doing stuff.”

O’Leary also commented on reports that Harris experienced a 92% percent staff turnover in her career.

He noted that the latter, among other issues, is likely to reverse the growing hype around her.

“That's an extraordinary number. You're wiping out your entire staff. Obviously, a problem there, but this narrative going on with Kamala Harris now is very interesting,” O’Leary said.

Notably, O’Leary is not the first to bring up the topic about Harris’s professional life.

According to a book by Chris Whipple, the vice president “refused to do the kind of preparation that you need to do before going public on a hardcore policy matter. And then she became incensed and outraged when things wouldn’t go the way she thought they were supposed to.”

An unnamed ex-subordinate surfaced to tell the New York Post: “It’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work.”

“With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So you’re constantly sort of propping up a bully, and it’s not really clear why.”

Another ex-employee, Gil Duran, spoke out about when she served Harris during her (Harris’s) tenure as California’s attorney general.

Duran telegraphed that the November election contender could not handle stress and as a result, vented on her underlings.

According to O’Leary, Harris's track record with staff speaks to a leadership problem.

“How could she lead millions of Americans if she can't even lead 50?” he asked.
