1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons milk
Yellow food coloring
3 cups small yellow, cream, and white jelly beans
4 pieces yellow fruit chews
1 tablespoon black sanding sugar
1 tablespoon white sanding sugar
