Strawberry Margarita Jell-O Shots
Adapted from Bakers Royale

Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) box Strawberry Jell-O
1 1/4 cups water, divided
8 ounces tequila
6 ounces Cointreau
Kosher salt
Lime, cut into triangles
Directions
- Cut the bottoms of the strawberries off so they stand upright. Make sure to not cut off too much or the strawberries will leak. Use a huller or melon baller to scoop out the center of the strawberry, creating a cup. Use a paper towel to pat the strawberry dry.
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan, then add in Jell-O powder and whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Combine tequila, Cointreau, and 1/4 cup of cold water. Add to the Jell-O, and stir to combine.
- Carefully pour the Jell-O mixture into the strawberries, and chill overnight. Before serving, rim the strawberry tops with salt and garnish with a lime triangle.
