From pancakes to ice cream, is there nothing the mighty avocado can't do? And now, pizza. Yes! Pizza. Start with a cauliflower pizza crust, and you have a low-carb delight.
Avocado Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
4 avocados
- To garnish:
Lime zest
Chives
Cilantro (or parsley)
Edible Flowers (geraniums)
Directions
- Brush pre-baked dough with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
- Slice avocados into thin slices and arrange in a circular pattern around the pizza, starting 1 inch from the crust and spiraling your way inward. Top with lime zest, chives, cilantro (or parsley), and edible flowers. Enjoy!
