Don't fall into the trap of trivializing the question by responding with a minuscule mistake of little consequence in order to look good. Instead, pick a realistic situation and utilize the STAR method of interviewing. Explain the situation, highlight the task, clarify what action you took, and highlight the resolution to the problem.
