There is pigmented makeup, and then there is Tarte's new eye shadow palettes. The brand's latest launches are eye shadow palettes that have unmatched color payoff.

The Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foil Finger Paint Trio ($25) comes in three colorways — Milky Way (which includes a metallic copper, marsala, and a white glitter with a pink shift), Lunar (which includes a metallic bronze, silver, and a navy glitter), and Bahamas (which includes a metallic champagne, copper, and a copper glitter).

The best part of these colors is how easy they are to apply. Just swirl your fingertips across any of the buttery shadows, and sweep the shade across your lid. Just be warned — one layer will give you full opacity.
