Congratulations are in order for Miguel, who recently proposed to longtime girlfriend Nazanin Mandi! A source confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple, who has been together for over 10 years, finally decided to make things official. Nazanin also confirmed the exciting news with an Instagram photo that shows off a truly massive sparkler on that finger, writing, ".... When you get all dolled up but decide to stay in .... Eat ....
