James Brolin as Cable
Brolin, who already plays Thanos in the Marvel Universe, will be tackling the role of Deadpool's buddy Cable.

Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead
In an January interview with Collider, writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick confirmed that Hildebrand's character, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, will "at least make an appearance."

Stefan Kapicic as Colossus
In the same interview, they revealed Colossus will also be back. The character is CGI, but he is voiced by Kapicic.

Zazie Beetz as Domino
In March, Ryan Reynolds tweeted a cryptic casting announcement, revealing that Atlanta star Beetz is playing Domino. She's a superhero with the ability to manipulate luck. She also happens to be Cable's lover.
