Kay Cannon Is Writing the Script
Kay Cannon, who wrote the first two movies, was also in charge of the new script. In other words, the third film is in good hands!

Trish Sie Is Directing
While Elizabeth Banks was originally on board to direct the third film, she will now only produce. Step Up All In's Trish Sie is the director now, instead.
