Chelsea Clinton Gives Birth to Third Child, and Hillary Says She and Bill Are "Thrilled"

A roar of applause for Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky, as the former first daughter just announced the arrival of her son! On Monday, she and Marc welcomed their third child, Jasper Clinton Mezvinsky. "We are overflowing with love and gratitude and can't wait to introduce him to his big sister and brother," she wrote.

Proud grandmom Hilary couldn't help but spread her excitement across Twitter as well. "Sharing some happy news this morning! Bill and I are so thrilled," she shared.

Jasper is Chelsea and Marc's third child and though you might call them experts at this point, they certainly deserve all the cheers and rest they can get!
