Call Me an Outfit Repeater, but I Can't Stop Wearing This $37 Slip Skirt For Winter

Slip skirts are one of my absolute favorite pieces. From solid colors to pretty prints, they're my go-to when I want to look put together, but effortlessly so. They're also key when I'm not in the mood for a dress or jeans. I'm always on the hunt for new versions to add to my wardrobe, and this month, I'm obsessing over this POPSUGAR Midi Slip Skirt ($37, originally $50) from our very own POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's.
In a perfect midi length (which is always my preference), this floral-printed skirt is unexpectedly versatile for Winter. When I want to look feminine but not in an overly saccharine way, a dark-gray sweater and tailored menswear coat offset it perfectly with sleek white booties to finish. When I'm feeling cozy (which is often), I'm all about pairing it with a fuzzy knit and sherpa jacket (you'd be hard-pressed to find a fashion girl without one of these this season). When I'm craving a bit of pattern play, I'm loving the look of a contrasting floral-print top tucked into this skirt with a plaid blazer layered to finish (in a similar color palette to tie everything together, of course). Basically, I've uncovered three superstylish ways to rock this slip skirt on repeat this Winter and highly recommend you try each combo for yourself, too.
Ahead, witness me wearing this Midi Slip Skirt from the newest POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's three ways for Winter. Then, shop each of my looks head-to-toe, including my exact items as well as some affordable alternatives to please every budget. And if you're wondering, no, I'm not embarrassed about rewearing it again and again — you shouldn't be, either. Slip-skirt repeaters, unite!

The Winter Slip-Skirt Outfit: Cozy Cute
I'm all about the cozy trend this Winter, so naturally, I topped off my slip skirt with a warm sherpa trucker jacket and fuzzy mockneck sweater (both from the POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's!) and went with burgundy boots and a uniquely shaped bag for a fresh finish.

The Winter Slip-Skirt Outfit: Mixed Prints
When it comes to color and print, I tend to take a subtle approach. This skirt, however, encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone by mixing in a contrasting floral-print top and plaid blazer in a similar color palette.

Black boots and gloves help tie it all together in a really wearable way.

The Winter Slip-Skirt Outfit: A Menswear Twist
I love the juxtaposition of feminine and masculine pieces, so I decided to offset my so-pretty skirt with a dark-gray sweater (also from the POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's!) and tailored menswear-inspired coat for a city-sleek feel.

Gray is a great neutral to experiment with when you don't want to default to black (which I tend to do . . . hey, I'm a New Yorker!).
