9 Times Kate Middleton's Outfit Was No Match For a Gust of Wind

Kate Middleton is one of the chicest women in the world, and it has very little to do with the fact that she's a member of the royal family. Even before she tied the knot with Prince William in 2011, the duchess boasted a wardrobe full of easy, classic pieces that also happened to translate well during a high-profile event (or tea with the queen). These days, nearly everything Kate throws on grabs headlines, but that doesn't mean she's immune to one of fashion's most treacherous pitfalls — a gust of wind.

Over the years, Kate has fallen victim to a windy day on numerous occasions and in many different countries; most recently, the white Emilia Wickstead dress she wore during a day in India was no match for a gust of wind, but as usual, Kate played it completely cool.
