No print will ever be quite as festive as plaid, and Kate Middleton knows it. On Dec. 4, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were photographed at Kensington Palace, where they hosted a Christmas party for the families of deployed personnel serving in Cyprus.
For the fun occasion, Kate wore a beautiful, pleated plaid skirt from designer Emilia Wickstead, which she paired with a simple cropped cardigan ($375) from Brora and black suede boots.
