The Scandal actress walked the blue carpet in a floral bustier midi dress with a tiered fringe skirt from Missoni. To give her look a fashionable twist, Kerry picked a pair of pink ankle booties to wear underneath.

The decision to skip the stiletto heels for boots echoed a move Tracee Ellis Ross pulled only a week ago at the premiere of A Wrinkle in Time.
