Yowza, Kylie! The star, who sat by Travis Scott's side at the MTV VMAs, and also made it out for the preparty in Tom Ford, along with the afterparty, isn't tired yet — at least when it comes to styling statement-making outfits. Just one day after the packed night, she worked a white off-the-shoulder sweat dress with cinch pulls on each side — all the better to draw attention to her leggy thigh-highs. We already bought into cowboy boots (they are one of Fall 2018's biggest silhouettes, after all), but Kylie just dared us to double up on trends and choose an over-the-knee design with some flashy embellishment.
