I Want to Be Wearing That: Miley Cyrus's Easy, All-Black Outfit and Leopard Boots

Miley Cyrus makes the case that your all-black outfit can be the chicest thing that walked down the sidewalk on any given day. The star was spotted in Los Feliz, CA, shortly finalizing her divorce from Liam Hemsworth. Miley looked confident as ever, strutting her stuff in tall booties and showing off her new mullet haircut. It seems Miley's taking a turn toward the '80s from a fashion perspective, and while your simple charcoal wash jeans and black t-shirt could really help you channel any decade, it comes down to the accessories.

Miley went for a metal cutout belt, black aviator sunglasses, and leopard boots with a skinny stiletto heel. But add combat boots and a headscarf to this outfit and you're suddenly giving off a '90s vibe.
