Naomi Biden is getting married! On Sunday, the president's granddaughter and 27-year-old Columbia law graduate announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Peter Neal. "Forever 🤍," she captioned a sweet Instagram photo of the couple, sharing a clear view of her sparkling ring.
