Established sneakerhead Timothée Chalamet just showed off a tropical new pair during the Cannes Film Festival. The day after attending the French Dispatch premiere in a metallic Tom Ford suit, the actor and his double-helix piercing appeared at a Louis Vuitton dinner on July 13. While the foundation of his outfit consisted of a black button-down and black pants, other accessories and accoutrements spoke more loudly.

Timothée paired his basics with a sporty Louis Vuitton windbreaker from the brand's spring 2022 menswear collection designed by Virgil Abloh. In addition to a blue crossbody bag, several Cartier rings, and, somewhat inexplicably, a Cincinnati Reds baseball hat, the well-dressed star showcased floral-printed satin sneakers by Christian Louboutin.
