Macy Cate Williams, Senior Editor

"I've never been more ready to reset in 2021! This year, I'm putting an emphasis on self-care and positive thinking. I'm getting into the habit of going on more runs (they make me feel great!) and stepping up my home-cooking skills. I'm also going to treat myself to the things that make me happy, whether it's a fresh bouquet of flowers or a cute new workout set. I have realized that there are truly enjoyable ways to put my mental and physical health first. I can't wait to get creative with sparking joy in the new year."

Thelma Annan, Editor

"New year means new habits, and I'm committed to resetting mine for the better! This year, I'm building a habit of being social media-free the first 15 minutes after I wake up and the last 15 minutes before I go to sleep. Beginning and ending my days without any digital pressure or influence is such a positive act of self-love. I'm also dedicated to moving my body every day for at least 30 minutes. Whether it's a morning walk to clear my mind, an online HIIT session to beat my afternoon slump, or yoga practice to express gratitude, I can easily switch up my routine thanks to Target."

Dana Avidan Cohn, Executive Style Director

"This year, I want to focus on small attainable goals that I know I can stick to. I want to prioritize my own well-being, so that I can give more to others. This means taking time to recharge, eating clean, and making time for exercise each day. I plan to structure these things into my day, so that they are not an afterthought but a priority."
