You Just Need 4 Minutes to Sweat It Out to This Fast-Paced "Deja Vu" Yoga Flow
Yoga is often seen as a relaxing way to unwind, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and stretch out. But it can also be a good heart-pumping workout if you pick a fast-paced flow. YouTuber and yoga teacher Hayeon Song, RYT 200, shared this spicy four-minute flow on her YouTube channel set to Olivia Rodrigo's new song "Deja Vu."
The song is an emotional follow-up to Rodrigo's massively successful hit "Drivers License," which Song featured in a flow a few months ago, but "Deja Vu" also works as a soundtrack to a more fast-paced yoga flow that includes more lower-body strengthening moves such as curtsy lunges and side lunges. Although the flow itself is only a few minutes long, you can repeat a few times for a more full-body cardio and strength workout, or stack it on top of a more relaxing Vinyasa flow to do after. Either way, it's a good way to move your body — and get in your feelings with the heartbreaking lyrics.
