Here's Jamie Dornan's 100-Push-Up Workout For 50 Shades
Jamie Dornan might be starring in Fifty Shades Darker, but his on-set life was all about the number 100. Ramona Braganza, the on-set trainer for Fifty Shades Darker, celebrity trainer to Michael Weatherly (star of CBS's Bull), and owner of the 3-2-1 Training Method, shared the behind-the-scenes warmup workout she did with Jamie Dornan to get him camera-ready. Spoiler alert — this is a lot more than a "warmup."
Though this warmup was designed for a guy, it totally works for a woman's body, too. Classic jumping rope ups the heart rate while working the legs, and push-ups target the chest, core, back, and arms. You're going to be 50 shades of sore for the next few days.

Jump Rope
"Jump rope 100 times in a row," said Ramona. "If you mess up, then begin again."
Don't have a jump rope on hand? Pretend you're holding a jump rope and skip the invisible rope. Try different types of footwork throughout the minute. Jump on two feet or alternate hops.

100 Push-Ups
"Perform 10 push-ups, take a break for 15 seconds, and repeat," said Ramona. "Continue this way until you do 10 sets of push-ups or 100 push-ups."
