For some people, the key to a good charcuterie board is a variety of textures or high-quality deli meats. For me, it's all about the cheese selection. In honor of St. Patrick's Day, Aldi has released a collection of six Irish cheeses, and I will definitely be trying the aged Pesto Gouda With Basil and Garlic with a side of salami and crackers. The collection, available on March 3 for $4 per cheese, also includes three alcohol-infused cheeses: Irish Cheddar With Beer, Cheddar Cheese With Irish Porter Ale, and Aged Irish Cheddar With Whiskey. If you're feeling especially festive, you can even add a little extra green to your cheese board with sliced cucumbers, green bell peppers, olives, pesto sauce, and more.
