Gingerbread Martini
Original Recipe by Zack Peter
INGREDIENTS
- Dash of Ginger Bitters (or Dash of Ground Ginger)
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
- A Couple Drops of Vanilla Extract
- 3 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- Sweetener of Your Choice (I Prefer Stevia or a Fermented Sugarcane to Cut Carbs/Calories)
- Optional: Unsweetened Coconut Flakes to Garnish
- Optional: Coconut Sugar to Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, almond milk, vodka, and sweetener into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Stir together.
Gently wet the rim of a martini glass and coat with a combination of unsweetened coconut flakes, coconut sugar, and a granulated sweetener of choice.
Pour combined ingredients into your martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
