Mediterranean Veggie Snacks
Recipe by @sopharush
Ingredients:
- Wasa Multi Grain Crispbread
- Roma tomatoes
- Diced red onion
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil, ripe tomatoes, tangy balsamic vinegar — this snack features some of the most beloved ingredients in Italian antipasti. Sopha starts by slicing fresh roma tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick pieces and dicing a red onion. On the crispbread, arrange the diced red onion, tomato slices, and basil leaves so they overlap, then drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top. If you're feeling extra fancy, hit it with a sprinkle of flaky salt and enjoy.
