Fridgescaping has completely taken over our TikTok feeds — and with it, our kitchens, too. While fridge organization certainly isn't a new concept, the internet's latest home design obsession takes organizing your refrigerator to a whole new level (beyond even what Martha Stewart can comprehend).

Forget the usual egg trays, food storage containers, and rotating organizers that once dominated your kitchen; the fridgescaping trend reimagines Marie Kondo's "less is more" approach to home organization, with a style of maximalism that — like most TikTok trends — is a little extra, but still undeniably fun. It's about incorporating dopamine-inducing products — as impractical as they may be — right onto the shelves of your refrigerator.

Dayna Isom-Johnson, Etsy's trend expert, explains that the craze "taps into consumers who enjoy crafting beautiful, curated spaces in every corner of their house – including the inside of their fridge."

On TikTok, the trend's tag has amassed hundreds of thousands of videos, many of which showcase viewers decorating their fridge's interior with everything from fairy lights to unique flower vases and yes, even vintage photos frames. While the degrees to fridgescaping often vary by user, Isom-Johnson says there are levels for all types of home aesthetics — whether you're looking for function, flair, or both.

"Fridgescaping does not always mean buying expensive storage bins and finding gilded frames to stick in your fridge; it can be customizable to fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets," she explains. "Repurposing mason jars, woven baskets, flower vases, or clear bins can keep the cost down and create a more organized and pleasing look without spending a dime. The key is to make fridgescaping work for your personal lifestyle and what brings value to you, whether that be functionality, sustainability, or aesthetics."

Ahead, we rounded up the best fridgescaping products to add to your kitchen — including a few expert recommendations from Isom-Johnson. These unique fridgescaping ideas will help you tap into the internet's newest trend on a budget, with prices starting at just $10. A Vintage Wicker Basket

A Vintage Wicker Basket

Better Homes & Gardens Hyacinth Organizer Basket ($10)

Your fridge likely already has a few plastic storage bins or trays that help with organizing eggs, condiments, and the like. But if you'd prefer to upgrade the inside of your fridge with something cozier, consider buying a couple woven baskets — just like this organizer from Walmart. It's compact enough to fit on tight shelves and might even help you mask those less aesthetically-pleasing products (sorry mayo).

Refrigerator Liners

Refrigerator Liners

Colorful Refrigerator Liners ($12, originally $17)

If flower vases and photo frames aren't your thing, colorful refrigerator liners are a great alternative for those looking to embrace fridgescaping through a more functional lens. These liners are thin (aka they won't take up a ton of storage space), washable, and designed to grip firmly to shelves, so you won't have to worry about them moving.

Rustic Mason Jars

Rustic Mason Jars

Ball Glass Regular Mouth Rose Vintage Mason Jar ($14)

Consider swapping out your usual food prep containers with something more stylish — like these vintage mason jars. The jars are perfect for storing juices, salad ingredients, or even chia seed pudding you might have prepped for the week ahead. Plus, they're sure to add an antique flair to the inside of your fridge.

Clear Refrigerator Bins

Clear Refrigerator Bins

These refrigerator organizers aren't confined to the fridgescaping trend, but they will help to keep your fridge shelves tidy and make extra room for any unique decor accents.

An Antique Picture Frame

Vintage Happy Frog Print in Baroque Frame ($20)

No space in your home is safe from a cute photo frame, and according to the fridgescaping trend, that also includes your fridge. Compared to the previous year, Isom-Johnson notes that Etsy has even seen a 3 percent increase in searches for "vintage picture frames" in the last three months. This tiny photo frame will fit perfectly in even the most cluttered corners of your fridge.

An Antique Butter Dish

An Antique Butter Dish

Cobalt Blue Covered Butter Dish ($21)

As far as antique decor goes, Isom-Johnson recommends this retro butter dish for those looking to embrace fridgescaping within their own kitchen. Beyond infusing a vintage charm to your kitchen, the dish will also help to preserve your butter and keep it fresher longer.

Colorful Flower Vases

Colorful Flower Vases

Eleganttime Bud Vases for Flowers ($22, originally $28)

According to Isom-Johnson, Etsy has seen a 56-percent increase in searches for "unique flower vases" in the last three months, which she attributes is in part, because of shoppers looking to embrace TikTok's fridgescaping trend. As far as decorating the inside of your fridge goes, shorter vases might be more optimal for use (dependent on your fridge size and available space), and we personally love the colorful flair of this bundle from Amazon. The set includes 10 vases in different heights, shapes, and designs.

A Ceramic Egg Holder

A Ceramic Egg Holder

Etsy Handmade Speckled Egg Holder ($53)

You've never seen an egg tray quite as stylish as this one before. The holder is made from a ceramic material that gives it a unique, handcrafted feel — almost as if you're displaying a piece of art right within your fridge. It's available in three sizes, and perfect for fridges of all sizes.
