In the wake of their 2015 divorce, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were said to have quietly been shopping around their sprawling Beverly Hills estate. Apparently, the private-listing route didn't work, as more than a year later, Trulia reports they've just put the home on the open market for a whopping $35 million. Considering the former couple bought the modern, 9,000-square-foot house for a bargain price of $13.25 million at the bottom of the real estate market in 2007, they're set to make a huge profit if they sell for asking. The dramatic mansion boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, a movie theater, and what appears to be a guest house. The oversize interiors are decorated to modern-meets-Hollywood-regency perfection by celebrity interior designer Kelly Wearstler, with every surface covered in bold geometric patterns. The backyard looks straight out of a five-star resort, complete with beautifully designed pool, tennis court, and plenty of lawn for kids to play. There are several gracious outdoor entertaining spaces, including an exterior kitchen, an open-air living room, and more. Obsess over every detail of the magnificent home in the images ahead.
