Moonstone, emerald, garnet, and/or peridot crystals

Ritual:

1. Begin by cleansing the space where you'll prepare your limpia with sage and palo-santo smoke. If you're using your limpia in the shower and preparing it in the kitchen, sage and palo santo that area and inside your bathroom where you'll use the spiritual wash. If you prefer to create the limpia in your bathtub, that's fine, too. Simply sage the bathroom followed by palo santo to lock in the cleansed energy the sage created. Pray as you do this.

2. Light a red, brown, or gray candle. You can dress your candle with the same herbs you use in the limpia or any herb you'd like.

3. Whether you're preparing your limpia in a big bowl that you'll pour over your body in the shower or drawing a bath, the recipe remains the same. Start by adding several splashes of Florida Water to warm water, stirring it with your hands as you pray and speak out loud the things you want to release under this full moon. Remember, water has memory and will retain the words you speak.

4. Next, add one or two splashes of running water, which is intended to remove any toxic and stagnant energy that may be present in your aura or chakras.

5. Add a handful of your choice of herbs to the water. Mix and pray. A go-to preference here is using both chamomile and rosemary.

6. Place crystals around the edge of the bathtub or someplace nearby where you can see them as you soak or shower.

7. Finally, add handfuls of the petals from your flowers of choice. For the bath, cover the top of the water. For the shower, add some to your bowl, which will then be gently poured over your body, herbs, flower petals, and all.
