From starring as a sister in "The Cheetah Girls" to keeping it real while hosting "The Real" and "E! News," Adrienne Bailon-Houghton has been gracing our screens since the early 2000s, entertaining us with her soulful voice, bubbly personality, and relatable commentary. The multi-hyphenate singer, actor, entrepreneur, and host is doing it all, but Bailon-Houghton makes it a point to prioritize self-care, especially after becoming a mom.

"My self-care routine is having a clean home; it declutters my mind. I already have so much going on in my mind that I need to be organized and walk into what is supposed to be my safe space," Bailon-Houghton says. She keeps her home organized and stays on top of her daily chores, ensuring that her laundry is done, her kitchen sink is clean, and scented candles are lit for a moment of aromatherapy.

After being inspired by reading "The 5AM Club," one of her wellness goals is to become a morning person. "[I want to] knock out all of my self-care at the top of the day, instead of leaving it for the end of the day — starting my day full, instead of starting on empty," she says. Bailon-Houghton is motivated to hit the gym, prioritize cardio, and eat healthier, noting that she wants to get in 10,000 steps before 10:00 a.m. "Most people say it takes about two hours, and someone told me I could watch two episodes of 'Gilmore Girls' and knock it out at 05:00 a.m., and I think that is really gonna be leveling up my wellness routine."

Bailon-Houghton takes the less-is-more approach to her beauty routine. "I absolutely love that natural glow beauty and the fact that skin is back in," she says. As for fashion, she is going all in with quiet luxury. "I love the fact that classic fashion is back. I love seeing Bella Hadid and Hailey Bieber rocking oversize suits with ties," she says.

Ahead, Bailon-Houghton gives us the rundown on some of her must-have products for keeping up with her family and hitting the red carpet, including her must-have travel accessories and silicone antiwrinkle patches from SiO Beauty. Keep reading to see all of the go-to items she uses regularly.

Bailon-Houghton depends on the Dreft Laundry Detergent Pacs ($13) to tackle her laundry needs for the whole family. "I love to cook with my kids, but always hated the mess it left on our clothes and Dreft's new laundry Pacs are a lifesaver. Since using them, stressing over the spills and splatters have (finally) become a thing of the past," she says. The hypoallergenic laundry detergent has a light lavender scent and can effectively remove a wide range of stains including milk, baby food, spit-up, mud, and grass.

Pro Tip: According to Bailon-Houghton, combining the Dreft Laundry Detergent Pacs with the Dreft Baby Gentle Cleansing Fabric Rinse ($13) will give you a deeper clean. "It is gentle on sensitive skin and works as a lifesaver for deep, set-in stains."

"Splurge on something that you can use over and over again and that ultimately will be the statement of your outfit," Bailon-Houghton says. For her, it's the La Voûte La Seine ($85). "You literally could keep everything else simple, but if you've got a dope statement bag, boom, you're popping," she says. She likes to pair this bag with bold, bright outfits. "Imagine you're in like all green, and I popped it with a pair of white sunglasses and a silver purse and white Jimmy Choo slides," she says. The La Seine has a stunning modern shape and can surprisingly fit all your essentials, according to Bailon-Houghton. "It's giving '90s Parisian chic," she says.

"I feel like anything that you can do that feels like a luxurious experience first thing in the morning is a must," she says. The Lancôme Absolue Revitalizing Eye Cream ($175) is Bailon-Houghton's favorite product to help her kick-start the day. "It is definitely a splurge, but so worth it," she says.

Packed with T12 biotech pearl, Ppo-xylane, and rose extract, this eye cream will help brighten and smooth the undereye area while reducing the appearance of fine lines. "Especially now, being a mom, I don't get a lot of rest. I am still trying to hold onto whatever bit of youthfulness I've got going on, and I feel like this eye cream is definitely the key to that."

Pro Tip: "I also am a huge fan of keeping your eye creams in the fridge so that when you get up in the morning and put it under your eyes, it's got this great cooling effect," she says.

Adrienne Bailon-Houghton's Sleep Must Have

As a side sleeper, Bailon-Houghton relies on the SiO Beauty ChestLift Silicone Chest Patches ($35) to prevent wrinkles in that area. "I started noticing maybe six months ago that I was getting like little lines there, and I was like, oh no, we cannot have that," she says. The SiO Beauty ChestLift patch is a reusable silicone patch that helps keep skin hydrated and firm to prevent fine lines. Bailon-Houghton says it also helps her keep her breasts separated and supported throughout the night; once it's on your skin, she says, it doesn't move. "Even if you sleep on your side, they never touch. You wake up in the morning, you pull it off, and it is smooth as a baby's butt," she says. The patch is reusable, and according to Bailon-Houghton, with proper care, you can get around 14 uses from just one.

Pro Tip: "I would make sure that it's on clean skin. You definitely wanna make sure that . . . it's actually staying stuck, because if you have too many moisturizers going on here, it will not stick, and it's kind of pointless," she says.

Adrienne Bailon-Houghton's Travel Must Have

Bailon-Houghton relies on her Apple AirPods Pro 2 ($190, originally $249) whenever she travels. "I definitely need music. I love to listen to a good worship playlist in the air," she says. The Apple AirPods Pro 2 has active noise cancellation for an immersive experience and has features that protect your hearing. It offers up to 30 hours of battery life with the charging case.

Along with a pair of headphones, she also can't go without a phone charger. "If I have a dead phone with no Wi-Fi in the air, oh, I might be miserable," she says, noting that she loves to spend time catching up with friends or finding places to visit while she's traveling.
