Taylor Hill is a woman who wears many hats — though her fearlessness in trying on new things isn't just relegated to the runway.

The supermodel has become a fixture in the fashion world; known for starring in lingerie campaigns as a Victoria's Secret Angel and strutting the runway for labels like Valentino and Chanel, Hill has become one of the industry's brightest stars. But in recent years, she's expanded beyond her work as a fashion model and into the role of a founder — even launching her own pet company, Tate & Taylor, in April 2024.

For Hill, Tate & Taylor was born out of necessity as opposed to just business, a rarity in the world of celebrity brands. After Hill's beloved labradoodle, Tate, passed away from cancer at age 9, the model wanted to honor her bond with her late pup — and the special relationship between pets and pet parents everywhere — with a brand that could help support pet owners through all stages of their animal's life.

"I feel like there's a gap where if you're a new pet parent — or even if you're not and you get another animal — I find myself asking people [with similar breeds]: 'What did you do?' 'How do I do this?' I just think the idea of being able to build a community where people can go and learn and [find resources] to take care of their pets better, was a place that I wish existed when I first got Tate and something that I'm glad to be building now," she says.

We had the opportunity to chat with Hill about her pet brand, how she channeled her own grief into building a company from the ground up, and the products she relies on in her day-to-day routine — from a stylish dog leash that's perfect for morning walks to her most beloved travel accessory.

Taylor Hill's Morning-Routine Must Have

Hill is a bonafide morning person who likes to include her dog in her wake-up routine (because of course). "I love being able to wake up and take my time; I like stretch, I get myself together, and I go for a walk in the morning with my dog because I wake up really early. So it's pretty quiet and relaxed; I feel like the city's not really that awake yet," she says. The supermodel relies on this stylish Tate & Taylor Leash ($20) whenever she takes her pup for a stroll around the neighborhood.

The Skinpharm Youth Serum ($115) is a staple part of Hill's skin-care routine, as it's a multiuse product that works to plump and firm the skin, helping to even its texture over time.

Taylor Hill's Nighttime Must Have

For Hill, this plush Original Casper Pillow ($59, originally $65) is both a nighttime and travel essential — the supermodel claims she takes it with her wherever she goes. "When you first buy it, it comes in a roll — like a tube. I don't know how it works, but I've been in a few situations where if I know I'm gonna be somewhere for a really long time, I'll get a new [pillow] in the tube still, and I'll bring it with me," she says.

Taylor Hill's Travel Must Have

This BÉIS 'The Backpack' ($88) has proven to be Hill's most trusted travel essential — even accompanying her on her honeymoon to Japan. "The amazing thing about the backpack is that it can fit anything a duffel bag can fit," she says. "I can put my entire duffel bag or weekender kit into the backpack. And sure, it [might be] a little tight, but everything fits."
