Chocolate Coconut Almond Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semisweet Chips)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the ingredients in the order listed to a small mason jar.
Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, mix it all together and enjoy cold or warmed up in the microwave.
